Level 1 Repair –Minor repair with cracks on the face, edges or toe area of the bat will be glued and fixed, we will then sand clean the face and edges and apply a anti-scuf face to the bat and replace the grip.
Level 2 Repair –Major damage to anywhere on the bat which will be glued and fixed. We will then clean up the affected areas before fitting an anti-scuf.
Delivery Policy
Firecrest Cricket gives you Tracked shipping on every UK order. It doesn’t matter how small or large your order is we will always know where the package is.
We always aim to have bats with you within 10 days of order and softs within 3 days of order. Please note that some products such as those requiring customisation will require more preparation time and deliveries to the Highlands and Channel Islands will take a little longer.
Return Policy
If packages are received damaged, we advise carefully examining your goods straight away and documenting any damage with images if possible (package and item/s). Any damage claim must be reported to us by the end of the working day following delivery. Damaged items should remain unused while your query is assessed.
DUE TO COVID-19, we have extended our normal 30 day returns period to 60 days.
This is for unused items (if they are not required or a customer changes their mind) please return in new condition with packaging and tags.
Goods that are customised, adapted or bespoke can only be returned if faulty.
