All our cricket bats are made from the highest quality English Willow (Salix Alba Caerulea). Using age old techniques and traditions combined with cutting edge, state of the art technology to produce high performance, high quality cricket bats.
All our bats are made with power and performance in mind. We select each cleft to ensure edge and spine sizes are kept as big as possible. Edge sizes range from 36mm-40mm and spine size range from 60mm-67mm.
Choose from the following options to create a high-quality bat that suits your individual style of play.
Our Grading:
Grade 1+ These are the premium pick of our lightest/best looking Grade 1 English Willow. Chosen for both aesthetic and playing qualities. 8 or more clear, straight grains of the face of the bat.
Grade 1 Usually 6-10 clear and straight grains with only a small blemish or mark on the playing face.
Grade 2These will traditionally have 5+ grains which will be predominately straight. Any blemishes will be minor and should not impact performance of the bat.
Grade 3 The willow grade has no direct relation to the playing ability of the wood, it just has less visual attraction. Typically has 5 or 6 grains, some blemishes are possible and some minor marking anywhere on the bat, grains will sometimes have a wobble.
Delivery Policy
Firecrest Cricket gives you Tracked shipping on every UK order. It doesn’t matter how small or large your order is we will always know where the package is.
We always aim to have bats with you within 10 days of order and softs within 3 days of order. Please note that some products such as those requiring customisation will require more preparation time and deliveries to the Highlands and Channel Islands will take a little longer.
Return Policy
If packages are received damaged, we advise carefully examining your goods straight away and documenting any damage with images if possible (package and item/s). Any damage claim must be reported to us by the end of the working day following delivery. Damaged items should remain unused while your query is assessed.
DUE TO COVID-19, we have extended our normal 30 day returns period to 60 days.
This is for unused items (if they are not required or a customer changes their mind) please return in new condition with packaging and tags.
Goods that are customised, adapted or bespoke can only be returned if faulty.
